Mikhail Piper

LCPC

Clinician

Hello, my name is Mikhail Piper, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with nearly 25 years of experience in the helping profession.

I work primarily with children and families, supporting them as they navigate life’s challenges with care, curiosity, and compassion. My work often centers on helping clients manage anxiety and depression, as well as supporting those who are neurodivergent. As an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider and a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, I deeply value understanding how each person learns, communicates, and experiences the world in their own unique way.

In addition to therapy, I also provide executive function coaching, helping clients build tools for emotional regulation, organization, time management, and self-advocacy. I love working with families to create practical, supportive strategies that help bring more balance and understanding to daily life, whether at home, school, or in the community.

My approach is holistic and collaborative, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy. Above all, I believe that therapy should be a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. Growth happens when we can show up as our authentic selves and my goal is to help each client move forward with confidence, self-compassion, and hope.
